Job Description
- Conceptual design, using presentation and visualization programs
- Detailed production
- Undertaking a variety of space designing projects
- Dealing with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
- Designing practical spaces but yet visually pleasing
- Preparing and/or reviewing preliminary concept designs and developed drawings
- Conceptual design using presentation and visualization programs

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural engineering
- Knowledge of current & modern building materials
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design programs.
- Good written and spoken English.
