- Leading HCM Team to complete the assigned tasks to the team
- The incumbent Role is to implement the assigned tasks in assigned projects to the consultants
- Coordinating the knowledge transfer between the team members
- Innovate the team, and evaluate the team members
- To be aware of the new functionalities to be able to advice the team members.
Job Requirements
- Min of 5 years of related experience in HCM
- Leadership Skills
- Experience in HR Modules (Personnel/ Recruitment/ Payroll)
- Experience in Oracle E-business or Fusion
- Very good experience in Oracle field
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Very good command of English in writing and speaking
- Very good experience in Oracle field
