Job Description

  • Directs, coordinates and manages all the activities needed to achieve the financial objectives of the group.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing the financial statements of both AMIX and AMCF including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Generates reports related to Sales revenues, customers' accounts and suppliers' records to senior.
  • Performs cost analysis for products and items of the whole group in coordination with the sales teams.
  • Frequently reports accounting department performance to senior Management and coach staff for improved performance.
  • Manages the stocking and inventory checks of all the warehouses and stores in the head office and the plant.
  • Maintains confidentiality and protects operations by not disclosing private financial information.
  • Performs problem solving activities to resolve and attend accounting problems.
  • Supports, guides accounting staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Ensures all change in the workflow is reflected in the HR records and on the ERP and properly coordinate with HR and IT departments.
  • Maintains accounting staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training accounting employees.
  • Sustains accounting staff job results by counseling and disciplining accounting employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Directly reported to the General Manager of Operations.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret finance figures, give financial recommendations and write reports.
  • Team work, Negotiation Skills, & Relationship Building Skills.
  • Back ground in Shareholding Companies.
  • Advanced Computer Skills.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Age from 35: 45 years' old
  • Ability to work under pressure with a sense of ownership, prioritize work, results oriented, and good in dealing with conflicts.
  • Excellent Analytical and Decision Making Skills.
  • Good Leadership Skills and influencing Skills and ability to deal with Senior Management.
