Job Description

  • Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to asset management, its products and services
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure appropriate controls and information systems for compliance related risks
  • Monitor compliance and provide ongoing assessment of compliance risks
  • Develop and implement schedule for periodic compliance reviews and annual self-assessments
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance examinations and audits
  • Develop and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Monitor status of corrective actions
  • Provide guidance and direction to ensure compliance at all levels of the company

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in a related position, preferred in Asset Management.
  • High Communication and negotiation Skills.
  • High analytical, research and data collection skills.
  • Effective business writing and reporting skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft office
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, legal, economic development, economics etc...)
  • Preference will be given to licensed compliance, AML and/or EFSA certificate
