Job Description
- Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to asset management, its products and services
- Coordinate with staff to ensure appropriate controls and information systems for compliance related risks
- Monitor compliance and provide ongoing assessment of compliance risks
- Develop and implement schedule for periodic compliance reviews and annual self-assessments
- Coordinate regulatory compliance examinations and audits
- Develop and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Monitor status of corrective actions
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure compliance at all levels of the company
Job Requirements
- 4 years of experience in a related position, preferred in Asset Management.
- High Communication and negotiation Skills.
- High analytical, research and data collection skills.
- Effective business writing and reporting skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft office
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, legal, economic development, economics etc...)
- Preference will be given to licensed compliance, AML and/or EFSA certificate
