Job Description
- Understanding, organizing, reviewing preparing documents related to our importing activity, including (Agency Contracts with our vendors, Certificates, licenses, Purchasing orders, Invoices, SWIFT etc)
- Sending and reviewing email messages in English with our overseas partners.
- Making and receiving phone calls in English with our partners
- Scheduling order shipments along with bank payments, taking care of packing instructions and the requirements of the Egyptian customs authority.
- Reporting.
- You will be trained for the tasks before going through it.
- A Full-time job, that requires attendance from 9 AM to 5 PM, 6 days per week.
Job Requirements
- Good Command of English
- Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook.
- Preferable to be from Cairo residences.
