Job Description
- Coordinate the team members to execute the project within time and budget plans.
- Make sure that work in site is carried out according to specifications and client's instructions.
- Provide the required specialized contractors for maintaining the existing construction elements.
- Provide technical support to the contractors.
- Supervise and coordinate the subcontractors and review their productivity.
- Supervise furniture and equipment installation.
- Assist in the preparation of the project's proposals, budget and cash flows.
- Maintain the quality standards of the project while ensuring safe project environment.
- Ensure HSE Regulations are applied at site.
- Assist the project manager to identify, qualify and respond to business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client side.
Job Requirements
- IT Skills: Excellent Microsoft office – AutoCAD.
- Language: Fluent English written and spoken.
- Building and Construction: Knowledge of the materials and methods involved in the construction field.
- Customer Service: Knowledge of the principals of customer services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Engineering Bachelor degree (Architect – Civil)
