Job Description
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Supports in the Purchasing process
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Supervising and monitoring the work of secretarial, clerical and administrative staff
- Responsible for the facilities in the whole building
- Supervise on the office boys attendance & work flow
- Supporting in the logistics process ( reserving tickets and hotels and issuing visas)
Job Requirements
- Experience 2- 3 years in the same field is a must
- Very good self confidence
- Ability to deal with blue collars in a professional way
- Experience in ticketing and logistics ( will be an add on )
- Communication skills
- Good Command of English
