- القدرة على الإشراف على العمال ومتابعة أعمالهم اليومية وإنجازها طبقا للجدول الزمني المحدد.
- القدرة على متابعة أعمال التحميل والتنزيل للمواد.
- المعرفة بقواعد وإجراءات الأمن والسلامة الخاصة بالشركة وضرورة تطبيقها وإتباعها.
- متابعة سير العمليات والتأكد من سير العمل بالطريقة السليمة .
- القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط والالتزام بتنفيذ المهام لوقت محدد القدرة على التعامل مع الشركات وضرورة خلق أسواق عمل جديدة.
- المساعدة في استلام طلبات التوريدات والتأكد من صحة المعلومات والصلاحيات.
- التواصل مع الموردين للحصول على معلومات عن المنتجات أو الخدمات مثل السعر وتوفر المنتجات وبرنامج التسليم
- التواصل مع الموردين لمعرفة المشاكل وضرورة حلها.
- المساعدة في تحضير طلبات أو عقود الشراء.
- المساعدة في تقديم الوثائق المتكاملة للشؤون المالية لتحرير الدفعات الأولية والمتتالية للموردين.
- المساهمة في معالجة المرتجعات والتخاطب مع الشركات الموردة لتغطية النواقص أو تعديل الالتزامات المالية.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات الشراء مثل المواد أو الخدمات والتكاليف والتسليم وجودة المنتجات ومخزون المستودعات.
