Job Description
- configuration of Applications(On-Premise/Cloud Network )
- Support in Pilot Testing job requirements
- Work with customers on implementation of AHBS solutions
- Perform Gap analysis with New sites .
- Develop and deliver customized training covering Administration, End users, and Sales teams along with new features.
- Escalation and tracking of feature requests are raised with AHBS Products Development.
- Support pre-sales calls to discuss AHBS professional services and product features.
- Escalation and tracking of issues are raised with Application Support Team.
- Provide guidance to our Customers, Partners and Resellers during the connect process while ensuring best practices are adhered to when configuring all applicable services and policies through phone, email, and remote session correspondence.
- Technical Training for Support Teams
- Provide Functional Training for End users
- Ongoing implementation and maintenance of all AHBS Product; monitoring and troubleshooting errors
- Perform integration level testing of software components and systems to ensure a high degree of quality
- Trains, coaches and collaborates with others within organization
- Develops strong relationships with other teams and customers to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes
- Support 30% travel to customer sites in KSA or Cairo per quarter
- Practice Data Process ( data Collection , Cleaning and Verification )
- Provide Training material ( user guide , Supported Training Video )
- collect and communicate Training Feedback
- Troubleshoot issues from Database
- Effectively captures stakeholder needs and business value through engagement and analytical data
- Refines user personas and understanding the ideal solutions to their problems
- Defines Issues priorities and severity to team(s)
- Reports implementation status & progress to stakeholders
- Takes corrective actions when risks/issues affecting implementation progress
- Takes immediate actions to handle dependencies for smooth progress of work
- Collaborates closely with Scrum teams to plan and execute issues fixing and release to live environment
- Collaborates closely with to ensure succeeded deployment that do not affect sites operations .
- Participates in team events and ceremonies: Planning; Daily Stand-Ups; Demos and Retrospectives
- Handover the business for new comers , it and sales team.
- Prepare demos & presentations to stakeholders
- Support & coach less experienced implementers
Job Requirements
- Very Good written and spoken English.
- Very Good understanding of SQL Server Databases and SSRS reporting services experience.
- Very Good report writing skills
- Very Good Presentation Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good Problem Solving Skills
- Committed and have sense of urgency and sense of ownership
