Job Description

  • Answering phone requests, diverting them to the right department
  • Working on basic excel and word documents
  • Handling reservations and ticketing for staff members
  • Managing support team in their shifts and performance (drivers, runners, office boys, security)
  • Meet and Greeting walk in customers
  • Manage the facilities maintenance and cleaning, etc
  • Handling booking of meeting rooms
  • Assisting HR department in office work.
