Job Description
Job Purpose:
This position involves a wide range of administrative duties including:
- Front of the office reception management,
- Incoming call operations, and meeting room management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate attendant console to answer, screen and forward incoming calls and greet visitors
- Perform administrative support tasks such as making tabs, labels, file folder and hanging files, scanning
- Perform administrative tasks for the recruiting team including working with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), formatting resumes and managing applications and forms received as the candidates arrive for interviews.
- Manage conference room schedules for the admin team
- Miscellaneous administrative projects as assigned
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will be professional, well presented with excellent communication skills, and possess a customer service focused demeanor.
Candidates should also have previous experience within a similar role and ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Requirements:
- 2+ year office experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills
- Advanced typing skills
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Professional business casual attire required in position
- Fluent in English is a MUST
