Job Description
- Reviewing and ensuring that the supply bills are entered into the program in a timely manner.
- Reviewing the stores receipt from the warehouses and make sure from correcting any mistake that happened from the warehouse.
- Reviewing stores transfers and ensure that all the transfers are being done immediately.
- Make a test for the numbers before starting the stock count.
- After reviewing all of the above the existing inventory in the stores are counted, taking into consideration the number of the stock
- Figuring out the differences in the shrinkage or the increasing of the stock for reviewing it with the store manager and his assistants.
- Reviewing and making the necessary adjustments through the store manager, district manager and the stock take Committee.
- Adjustments are made to the program and stock result are announced
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of English Language
- Bachelor degree is a must
