Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Preparing correspondence.
- Open and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Maintain appointments schedules and handling inquiries.
- Answer the telephone and greeting the visitors.
- Following task given by the manager to meet deadlines.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any discipline is a MUST.
- Previous experience in Health care industry is a big plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in Administrative tasks
- Fresh graduates can apply.
- Representative, good communication skills & time management.
- Microsoft Office applications is a MUST
- Very good command of English language is required.
- Flexible to meet extra working hours in case of work load.
