Job Description
- Checking received CVs from both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis
- Filtering CVs from both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis
- Completing the screening sheet with the full data from the CV accurately
- Adhering to the screening plan meeting the targeted number of candidates required for interviewing in order to meet recruitment targets
- Conducting phone interview for screening purposes and inviting accepted candidates for interviewing
- Reporting daily and weekly screening reports to supervisor
- Communicates with internal employees to fill in referral sheet to collect data
- Conduct interviews
- Performs other related Duties
Job Requirements
- Faculty Graduated
- Experience from 3 - 5 years in recruitment & Mass hiring
- Basic Knowledge of Human Resources functions
