- This position will require working closely with the customer, suppliers, and vendors to deliver a large size Transition & Transformation project for a Telco project.
- The Project Manager will have an overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contract deliverables.
- The individual will work within a matrix organization and lead a cross functional team in developing and implementing project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency.
Job Requirements
The preferred candidates must have experience in:
- OSS/BSS Projects for Telco
- ERP Projects for Telco
- System Integration Projects for OSS/BSS/ERP
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Master's Degree
- 10+ years Project Management experience in IT global environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
- Leadership skills with proven track record in delivering on-time, on-budget results
- Understanding of Contracts, Personal Influencing & Customer Relationship Management Skills
- Communication & Presentations Skills (Oral & Written)
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries
- Comfortable working under pressure with time constraints, demonstrated multitasking capabilities
- English Fluent (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- MS project skills
- Ability to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business.
- Ability to building excellent client relationships and outstanding communication and presentation skills, ideally client facing
