Job Description

  • The applicant will be responsible to communicate with EiTESAL Members to:
    • Survey their needs for consultations to develop their businesses
    • Communicate with service providers to process service requests by members in cooperation with senior projects coordinator and projects team leader
    • Follow-up technically & contractually the implementation process
  • Maintain a service providers’ database and add new providers as needed:
    • Search for new service providers and report to project team leader
    • Identify and solve any implementation obstacles and/or problems that might arise in project implementation in cooperation with senior project coordinator
  • Assist projects team leader in creating, developing, planning, and implementing projects that satisfies business needs and strategic direction of members’ divisions committee
  • Gather data in preparation of monthly reporting in cooperation with senior projects coordinator
  • Implement projects as per tasks and projects plan assigned by projects team leader ensuring quality and effectiveness
  • Follow through the implementation of projects assigned across project life cycle under the supervision of projects team leader:
    • Communicate with members to promote services and to collect documentation and requirements for service request processing

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Good command of English & Arabic
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Knowledge of IT industry
  • The job will need field visits to the clients
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Ability to build a good relationship with clients and services providers
  • Ability to plan, organize and monitor activities according to priorities
  • Ability to set quality standard for services and evaluate processes and services against those standards
