Job Description
- Develop the marketing plan for the pharmacies all over the year.
- Managing the customer service section including (customer complains, requests, surveys, data collection & CRM program)
- Managing the health care contracts section including( contracting, problem solving & collection in association with the financial department)
- New location seeker according to the requested plan
- E-commerce website moderation.
- Online page management.
- Management of all marketing activities approved by the marketing director.
- Managing the graphic design section.
- Managing the product mix inside the pharmacies in adjutant with the commercial department.
- Renting & controlling the visibility inside & outside the branches.
- Responsible for the merchandising team.
- Responsible for the signage & the interior design of the branches.
- Seeking best suppliers for the approved marketing activities.
- Preparing the branches for the seasonal events.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the marketing director.
Job Requirements
Required Education:
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing at Pharmaceutical is preferable
Language skills:
- English
