Job Description
- Develop and drive the Industrial Automation sales in the designated region.
- Generate business through direct contact and distributors to drive front end sales of products in Process Automation, Factory Automation and Logistics Automation industry and focus on growth opportunities.
- Develop new opportunities, relationships, maintain and grow customer base to meet/exceed budgets. Drive new products into the market.
- Generate leads and opportunities, coordinate with the solution engineering team preparing quotes, follow-up and take purchase orders. Conduct local sales calls and visits to customers / distributors to promote and increase business, business follow-up (for allocated markets).
- Conduct regular lunch-and-learns, product presentations, hands-on demonstrations to customers, in online and on-site format.
- Collaboration within; Interface with factory/HQ to Support after-sales team regarding shipments and customer over dues, if needed.
- Actively promote marketing campaigns to implement business initiatives in the assigned region and prevent entry of competition.
- Record and track all activities including customer interactions and status via CRM/other applicable tools for the accounts and opportunities handled and keep CRM updated.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders globally to support international business.
- Promote the full company product portfolio and increasing cross selling opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 5+ Years in Sales – Industrial Automation field, or relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical engineer or similar education.
- Excellent command of English.
- Technical selling and external sales experience are a must.
- CRM experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, team player, self-motivated and independent.
