Job Description
- Responsible for all administrative duties and tasks.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Replying to Emails and letters sent from the Clients in a formal way.
- Develop an effective filing system for projects key documents
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Delegating work in boss's absence
- Preparing presentations
- Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts.
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Attending interviews and taking notes
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
- Updating the company’s profile in Social Media such as (Linkedin, Facebook, etc).
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Replies and interact to the comments.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years Experience in the same position.
- Expert in Word & Excel.
- Excellent English language spoken and written.
- Good Experience in business writing.
- Experience in Filing.
- Very well organised.
- Professional appearance.
- Preferably worked in the Interior Design or Furniture sectors
- Lives in ElSheikh Zayed City or nearby.
