Job Description

  • Responsible for all administrative duties and tasks.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
  • Replying to Emails and letters sent from the Clients in a formal way.
  • Develop an effective filing system for projects key documents
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Delegating work in boss's absence
  • Preparing presentations
  • Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts.
  • Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Attending interviews and taking notes
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
  • Updating the company’s profile in Social Media such as (Linkedin, Facebook, etc).
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Replies and interact to the comments.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years Experience in the same position.
  • Expert in Word & Excel.
  • Excellent English language spoken and written.
  • Good Experience in business writing.
  • Experience in Filing.
  • Very well organised.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Preferably worked in the Interior Design or Furniture sectors
  • Lives in ElSheikh Zayed City or nearby.
