Job Description

A motivated and organized person who drives the voice of Chestnut Learning online by managing communication with the community on all social networks and feels passionate about customer service as well as researching and collecting information.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving customer retention through focused customer engagement
  • Proactively monitoring trends in both personal and professional use of social media.
  • Continuously making improvements by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social media metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting accordingly.
  • Managing the brand’s online platforms through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, and other strategically relevant online media.
  • Answering audience inquiries over online platforms as well as online feedback forms.
  • Handling customer concerns.
  • Creating and provoking conversations to encourage the community to engage.
  • Building a knowledge base for clients’ FAQs.
  • Using social media applications and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics.
  • Creating regular reports on Chestnut Learning’s online status and upcoming trends to manage and moderate the community.
  • Assisting in generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original text, images, and videos) that builds customer engagement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven record of accomplishments
  • Excellent writing and language skills in both English and Arabic
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity
  • Ability to present documented experience in social media (provide links of your work as an example)
  • Proficiency in content marketing, theory, and application
  • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), and how each platform can be used in different scenarios
