Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
Maintain complete documentation for all product related activities.
Submit the daily/weekly sales report to the Line/District Manager covering the activities performed through the week including progress to date, sales targets, and collection follow-up.
Build weekly plans for coverage and visits to clients in line with the coverage targets highlighted in the sales plan through categorization of clients.
Hold sales calls on target clients with focus on highlighting products/benefits/key selling points and prices/quotations according to the sales script and sales approach devised in accordance to the sales plan.
Attend all department cycle meetings, conferences, exhibitions and respective business development functions in line with role of promoting the company products and overall image.
Conduct follow-up meetings/calls to clients to ensure delivery of products on time as well as reporting/handling customer complaints or suggestions to Line Management.
