Job Description
- Provide consultation support to all Oracle developers and documents all revision requests and coordinate with end users to analyze all application requirement.
- Monitor and resolve all application issues and escalate issues to management if required.
- Administer all technical assistance requests and implement plans and perform quality assurance tests.
- Perform all functional acceptance tests and provide upgrades as per requirement and perform troubleshoot to all processes.
- Finds the underlying issues and patterns in situations; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
- Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straight forward situations
- Defines the need for new resources within a business context
- Proactively acts to understand client needs and offer assistance even when not asked
- Works as part of a team to negotiate new deals, extensions and ad-hoc service aspects
- Develops new processes and methods
- Proactively develops and implements efficiency improvements
- Applies broad knowledge across multiple technology areas to ensure optimum solutions
- Configures additional software or sub system components into an existing or proposed system.
- Complies with established processes and procedures (e.g. configuration management), taking into account the specification, capacity and compatibility of existing and new modules to ensure integrity and interoperability.
