Reservation Agent - B2C

Function:

A reservation sales agent is responsible for assisting customers with purchasing travel arrangements, events or accommodations. This might include purchasing, bus or train tickets, booking hotel accommodations, reserving tables at a restaurant . or other performance event. They might recommend additional or alternative services to customers.

Duties:

• Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
• Handling client reservations over the phone .
• Make telephone calls to the potential customers
• Good Communication and Negotiation Skills and able to work under pressure.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Reservation agents will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand.
• Being able to problem solve with a customer will help your job.
