Job Description

  • Leads the organization efforts to adopt top-notch technologies and the enablement of the architecture of multi-tier enterprise tools, management systems, and the development of their components, and eventually enables business to achieve its future expansion and advancement plans
  • Coordinates and facilitates consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems' requirements for new technology implementations.
  • Approves, prioritizes, and controls projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems.
  • Defines and communicates corporate plans, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating IT systems.
  • Ensures offering applications and technology solutions that meet business requirements and drives the business success through approving the policies, processes and procedures controlling all related activities.
  • Ensures examining existing systems and business models, analyzing systems requirements, design feasible cost-effective solutions.
  • Develops technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Discovers and implements new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
  • Manages technology partners responsible for Outsourced / managed services & evaluate their performance.
  • Overlooks & manages Technology budget, projects & ensure efficient implementation within allocated budget & time frame

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • MBA is a must.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills as a genuine leader.
  • The ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
  • Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.
  • Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Strategic thinking.
