Job Description

  • Prepare, review & submit operational reports on all departments to owner or top management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Preparing & updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Make sure that all employees' records are up to date
  • Assisting in writing and developing the company policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate any international and domestic business travel starting from preparing the embassy letter, flight booking, passport/visa documentation, hotel’s reservation, ground transportation and any other logistics.
  • Save & archive Projects Files
  • Coordinate communication between departments.
  • Preparing Vacation & Attendance sheets for all Employees
  • Follow up the deadlines of the assigned job duties.
