Job Description
- Prepare, review & submit operational reports on all departments to owner or top management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Preparing & updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Make sure that all employees' records are up to date
- Assisting in writing and developing the company policies and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate any international and domestic business travel starting from preparing the embassy letter, flight booking, passport/visa documentation, hotel’s reservation, ground transportation and any other logistics.
- Save & archive Projects Files
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Preparing Vacation & Attendance sheets for all Employees
- Follow up the deadlines of the assigned job duties.
