Job Description
- The Marketing Manager is expected to set and design the Marketing plan including all year round activities to achieve targets set by management .
- Requesting, supervising and carrying on market research projects.
- Ensuring attractiveness, competitiveness and consistency of the product range, and implementing required evolutions through the Marketing action plan
- Designing and implementing products’ communication activities and promotional materials for the sales channels
- Creating and maintaining a strong brand leveraging
- Maintaining excellent relationships with external media and marketing services providers
- Put and implement a PR plan and events, sponsorships and exhibitions
Job Requirements
Required Education:
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university
- MBA is preferred
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing at Real Estate industry is preferable
Language skills:
- Excellent English
