Job Description
- Responsible for following up the orders of raw materials, tracking them and making the requested purchasing operations and procedures.
- Finalize all related banking procedures (L/Cs, drafts, transfers, endorsements, etc.).
- Make sure that the supplier’s quotations meet the company specifications before approval.
- Tracing the registration files of the products.
- Performing documentary duties & filling
- Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and compare to vendor quote.
- Distribute completed purchase orders internally or to suppliers and follow-up when necessary.
- Check requisitions for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree(BSc of science)
- Very good English language is a must
- Excellent in computer skills
- Excellent in Office products
- Good communications & presentation skills
