Job Description
Main Duties:
- Responsible for the efficient coordination and output of production, quality control, maintenance, receiving of imports, and exports.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards.
- Liaise closely with all departments to ensure collaboration between them and make sure final output is correct.
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Coordinate between the all top management department of the firm including production, maintenance, technical office, warehouse and inventories, administration.
- Conduct performance reviews of employees and receive reports from each department head on all employees.
- Plan production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Manufacturing, preferably in Natural Stone Industry.
- Experience in Plant Management
- Excellent in read, spoken, and read Arabic and English languages
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- High attention to detail and precision are required
- Ability to multi-task and focus under pressure.
