Job Description
- Work in a team to ensure that all our Digital Platforms (online and mobile) meet design specifications and are working properly.
- Conduct daily monitoring on all our up and running products;
- Create or maintain databases of known test defects for each and every working product.
- Participate in release test analysis and design to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Review testing tasks or user stories to determine their test-ability and to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Develop test cases and identify test conditions that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, smoke testing, defects retests, or usability.
- Create acceptance tests for assigned testing tasks or user stories;
- Estimate testing efforts for assigned testing tasks;
- Identify functional and non- functional aspects of the product or feature to be tested.
- Support and participate in test automation at multiple level of testing.
- Carry out feedback to improve the performance of all our Digital products.
- Communicate with Software Engineers on development issues, using a bug tracking system, and report status to Digital Platforms Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Excellent analytical problem determination and solving skills.
- Strong communication, reporting and documentation skills.
- Excellent at time management and multi-tasking;
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and respond flexibly to changing priorities;
- High ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a drive and commitment to delivery of project;
- Experience in mobile application testing is a plus;
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile test methodologies would be an added advantage;
- ISTQB certification in Software Testing is a plus.
