Job Description
- Plan and implement creative and cost effective sourcing and marketing strategies all across all channels
- Oversee recruitment requirements
- Maintain network of contacts by establishing relationship with universities, associations, organizations etc… for Sourcing candidates and branding the company
- May represent the company on recruitment events
- Handle cost allocation for all sourcing channels
- Monitor sourcing performance regularly
- Consistently implement new initiatives to enhance sourcing and marketing activities
- Effective collaboration with Recruitment Teams in establishing sourcing strategies to boost volume and quality of hiring.
- Manage working relationships with other external providers and recruitment agencies
- Monitor and update reports concerning sourcing effectiveness and efficiency
- Handle and manage team performance based on unit goals and targets
