Job Description
- Assist in formulating the company's future direction
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team & the
- Board of Directors
- Develop, Monitor and Direct the implementation of the business plans
- Financial & Tax Planning
- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
- Manage operations cash flow
- Ensure that accounting standards are applied and book keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
- Develop financial studies for future business growth and general economic outlook.
- Manage & Arrange debt and equity financing
- Maintain relationships with Banks
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Education : Bachelor Degree of Accounting /Finance or Business Administration
- Experience : Not less than 15 years practical experience, 5 of which in similar position.
Skills:
- Perfect spoken & written English
- Strong character with Leadership skills
- Corporate & Project Finance experience
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Financial Planning & Budgeting experience
- Previous experience in Contracting or Service industries is preferable
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Asset Management is a plus.
