Job Description
- Manage all course files submissions, to ensure that files are complete, for instructors to review content not submissions. Keep a historic log of the submissions.
- Keep track of all events, in the QAA system, pictures, documentations, attendance…
- Manage the questionnaire plan (3 UG, 5 PG, 4 HR) to be sent on time, collected, reported, for indicators to use directly and periodically. She should write the report and provide samples for each
- Correlate school council minutes with different indicators (will develop a db for each point in each MoM related to each indicator), this will allow us to review the dates set for all school activities in the whole SSR to ensure consistency.
- Manage the common documents of different activities for all indicators (QAA documents that are shared between pillars)
- Manage the documents that need signature and stamps (from printing to filling)
- Maintain the final collection of the pdfs of all indicators
- Transfer program files (specs, reports, …) to printed versions (pdf books for uploading to NAQAA) of all programs and all courses in school
- Integrate the SSR in a clean formatted booklet for signature and submission (filing and format cleaning)
- Complete the structure of the unit
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience of working in a data management capacity within education.
- Very good command of English
- Experience of producing accurate data for reporting and assessment
- Experience of forming and maintaining network relationships.
- Information gathering and analysis.
- Creating and maintaining data capture and data entry templates.
- Knowledge and Understanding
- Understanding and knowledge of effective data management strategies.
- Ability to keep up to date on relevant policies and procedures in line with the duties identified in the job description.
- High level computer skills.
