Job Description
- Type in data provided directly from customers
- Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Responsible for uploading data, documents, and photos to the company software
- Perform periodical updates of the existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Maintain, organize, and archive customer documents
- Follow up with customers to collect and update needed documents
- Act as secretary / assistant in all administrative work
- Interact professionally with other staff as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor`s Degree in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Data Entry/Admin role
- Strong in written English & Arabic
- Highly organized
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, & Power Point)
- Computer and Internet savvy
- Quick typing skills with accuracy
- Able to work in teams
- Strong communication skills
