Job Description
- Provides confidential secretarial and administrative support
- Managing the schedule/calendar
- Making travel arrangements
- Screening and handling telephone communications
- Greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate
- Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office
- Monitors and coordinates accounting activities as appropriate, and prepares internal reports for management
- Maintain hard copy files and electronic filing system
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and taking minutes of meeting
- Updating Monthly Attendance report as per the Attendance log Machine
- Maintaining employees files and leave records
- Making required surveys
- Internet searching
- Filtering emails
- Any work related required task
Job Requirements
- BA degree (preferably business administration related degree)
- High level of organizing and coordinating skills.
- Excellent in English.
- Fast learner & Enthusiastic.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Positive Attitude
- Proficient skill with MS Windows, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing Skills (Arabic/English)
