Job Description

  • Provides confidential secretarial and administrative support
  • Managing the schedule/calendar
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Screening and handling telephone communications
  • Greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate
  • Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office
  • Monitors and coordinates accounting activities as appropriate, and prepares internal reports for management
  • Maintain hard copy files and electronic filing system
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and taking minutes of meeting
  • Updating Monthly Attendance report as per the Attendance log Machine
  • Maintaining employees files and leave records
  • Making required surveys
  • Internet searching
  • Filtering emails
  • Any work related required task

Job Requirements

  • BA degree (preferably business administration related degree)
  • High level of organizing and coordinating skills.
  • Excellent in English.
  • Fast learner & Enthusiastic.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Positive Attitude
  • Proficient skill with MS Windows, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing Skills (Arabic/English)
  • 6 October Residents are preferred
