Job Description
- Making project budget, cash flow (Cash in- Cash out) And procurement Schedule.
- Analyze Cost breaks down - Cost allocated)
- Reviewing contract documents, BOQs and IPCs.
- Making reports (Daily- weekly- monthly)
- Attend the daily meetings
- Assisting in establishing/delivering formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the project.
- Preparing risk assessment and mitigation plans Assisting in establishing/delivering formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the project.
- Prepare and issue details time schedule
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Architecture)
- 7-12 years (all in building construction, real estate, and commercial industry)
- Excellent Command of Arabic and English language skills,
- Work before at huge projects
- Familiar with Primavera System P6, AutoCAD and excel
- Knowledgeable in Total Cost Management Concepts & Terminologies
