Job Description
- Organizing the office work of the Managing Director including incoming and out coming correspondences.
- Filing of documents.
- Arranging meeting schedules, as well as receiving visitors.
- Receiving and sending e- mails.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Courier tasks (responsible for making orders for any courier like UPS / DHL / Middle East…etc).
- Any other assigned Administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements

- Residents near by Obour City are preferred
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Excellent English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
