Job Description
Senior Lawyer is urgently needed for a Regional Real Estate & development Company based in Egypt with the following responsibilities :
- Reviews agreements and confirms its consistency with the financial and commercial requirements delivered to him as well as its accuracy from a legal stand point;
- Provides primary legal opinion on the various matters required by the head of legal department;
- identifies legal issues within the business and provides legal analyses and possible legal solutions;
- work with the Head of Legal in enabling ongoing standard improvements on contracts, approval processes etc;
- keeping the department and the business at large informed on new laws, regulations, and industry trends that affect the business;
- Submits weekly reports on the work flow inside the department;
- Liaise with the external council in agreements drafting, corporate and litigation matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law - English section
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages is a MUST
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Real State background is a big plus
