Job Description
- Establishes and implements strategic sales plans in light of the department’s targets.
- Assign and allocate sales targets, sales territories and goals to the sales team.
- Determines customer needs, optimal prices, and discount rates by understanding the market demand and dynamics.
- Get clients feedback after securing a deal, and take corrective actions if any negative feedback is communicated.
- Determine reasons why a deal is not closed, what went wrong throughout the process that lead to not closing the deal, and report it to the Marketing Manager.
- Directs, trains, and evaluates the performance of the sales team, and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyzes sales statistics to propose better policies to the Marketing Manager to assist retailers in maximizing sales.
- Study the tender’s criteria and prepare the technical and financial offer accordingly.
- Ensures the technical offer of the tenders is approved by the plant manager prior to sending the offer.
- Assists in closing deals with key clients and partners.
- Assists the strategy team to prepare manuals and technical publications that will be used in educational and lead generation purposes.
- Submits periodic sales report including sales volume and potential sales.
- Assess products of the competition in the market.

- Achievements in raising exports and sales in a manufacturing business.
- Capable of managing a team of sales
- Construction chemicals , building materials, waterproofing materials experience is preferred
