Main responsibilities and duties:
- Evolve the existing software system applications and architecture in various areas as needed
- Work closely with other teams, for understanding the system’s functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Provide a software development plan to meet future needs of markets
- Help developers resolve technical problems
- Monitor individual employees’ performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Must have at least 3 years experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market
- A software development experience for 3-4 years, who is passionate about Cloud Web Development platforms
- Familiar with Open Source Applications (Magento, PHP ,HTML, CSS) / Cloud Platforms Development
- Very strongly interested in new technologies, IT Cloud Solutions/Platforms, Smart devices and Sensors
- A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager
- Experience with Full Stack web applications development (HTML5, CSS, PHP and JavaScript) and MEAN Stack (AngularJs, Node.js)
- Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, HTTP, XML, etc) is needed to be successful in this position.
- Knowledge of API testing tools like RestClient, Postman, SOAPUI
- Knowledge in JSON, XML, XSD and XSLT
- Knowledge in Azure, AWS or other Cloud-based PaaS/SaaS environments
- Understanding of Java ME/SE, C/C++, Python
- Knowledge in Agile software development methodologies
