Job Description
Tabibi 24/7 is the leading 24/7 primary health care provider in Cairo. We are looking to strengthen our team with a competent clinic managers to manage our locations in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed. This important job represents "the heart" of our day-to-day operations. We are looking for an energetic, cheerful, and competent persons to fill it.
- Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager; the Clinic Manager is responsible for various job roles that cover clinic operations, fiscal management, customer service and compliance and quality improvement.
- The Clinic Manager is responsible for the supervision, direction and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Assume responsibility for day-to-day management of the clinic
- Coordinate between the different functions
- Prepares patient medical history and vaccination plans for following day visits
- Receive patients during clinic hours
- Implement clinic policies and procedures
- Receive patients and help ensure a great patient experience
- Ensure that clinic are well organized and presentable
- Reports clinic maintenance and supplies needs
- Support with administrative tasks as required
- Cash handling and daily/weekly income reporting
Job Requirements
The candidate needs to have the following:
- Very good English, spoken and written (able to conduct longer conversations with native speakers)
- Arabic and English typing ability
- Very comfortable with usage of computers, internet
- Flexibility to work evening shifts (until 10:00 pm) and weekends
- Meticulous and quality oriented
- Reliable, confident, with good initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Cheerful!
