- Train newly-hired CSRs on the client's support policies as directed by the client.
- Train CSRs on an ongoing basis on changes to the client's support policies.
Job Requirements
- We are looking for Trainers who can provide not only a superior customer experience , but can also demonstrate operational excellence (service level, quality, productivity, policy adherence, etc.)
