Job Description
- Commercial Assistant will be responsible for filing and archiving of sales offers, orders, logistics sheets.
- Building reliable databases from the available data to make it easy for access by all stakeholders.
- Responsible for the company performance reports by creating new templates that offers new solutions and by implementing the already available reports to increase the company overall efficiency.
- Arrange schedules and plans of activities that help the commercial manager to be more effective in follow up the business.
- Make the admin and paper work that is requested by the commercial manager.
- Communicate internally for sharing and collecting data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Commercial experience, preferred in the fields of Pharmaceuticals and/or Logistics.
- Highly organized personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office specially Excel.
- Good English communication skills, writing and speaking.
