Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Office management (purchasing office and cleaning supplies, facility management and overall office maintenance)
  • Supporting all other functions with the admin support requests, meetings and training arrangements, materials and printing preparations…etc.
  • Interdepartmental coordination between departments for all projects
  • Miscellanies secretarial work including, external and internal communication drafting, translation, submitting requests for quotations
  • Acquiring new locations through communication and coordination between owners and company
  • Responsible for managing the execution phase including construction work, purchasing process and delivery according to schedule
  • Responsible for maintaining a scheduled check for all locations to ensure functionality of all branches
  • Responsible for establishing and remote seasonal projects as they come up in coordination with operations, accounting and/or marketing department
