Job Description
Main Duties:
- Office management (purchasing office and cleaning supplies, facility management and overall office maintenance)
- Supporting all other functions with the admin support requests, meetings and training arrangements, materials and printing preparations…etc.
- Interdepartmental coordination between departments for all projects
- Miscellanies secretarial work including, external and internal communication drafting, translation, submitting requests for quotations
- Acquiring new locations through communication and coordination between owners and company
- Responsible for managing the execution phase including construction work, purchasing process and delivery according to schedule
- Responsible for maintaining a scheduled check for all locations to ensure functionality of all branches
- Responsible for establishing and remote seasonal projects as they come up in coordination with operations, accounting and/or marketing department
