Role description:
- To provide marketing support to all different brands inside the company.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director and other marketing team members to implement and support marketing programs.
- Conduct competitive analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, and other business analysis for all brands as well as for the whole company.
- Facilitate and execute KPIs and project plans for channel branding
- Analyze and prioritize market needs, industry trends and customer requests.
- Write services copy for collateral materials, advertising, direct mail, Website, sales tools and promotions.
- Collect and analyze all relevant information about competition and communicate this on a timely manner to management so that they can take appropriate actions and decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing team in translating new ideas into commercial plans of all promotions.
- Cooperate with sales team & marketing management to make recommendations on pricing strategy, service portfolio…etc.
- Test our service positioning and strategy through surveys and customer interviews.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to management.
- Build standard solution presentations and/or tailor presentations.
