Job Description
Duties include:
- Install and perform repairs to computer hardware, software, network, printers, Servers, Laptop and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Upgrade and migrate operating systems, software applications and Troubleshoot and repair the system.
- Handle user complaints and problems and provide ultimate solutions to their needs and requirements.
- Design and development of programs for users needs and requirements.
- Taking care of Backups and Troubleshooting activities
- Handling Network Designing, Cabling and Installation of new stores
- Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
