Policies and procedures for operations processes; developing, executing, and improvement.
Discipline at all operations processes, including manpower discipline.
Continuous improvement for all processes of operations, including using ERP system.
Maintain a healthy work environment, including housekeeping, motivation, and creativity support.
Communicating with all manpower categories, to keep the best satisfaction level and the lowest turnover.
Representing factory in all meetings relevant to operation management.
Supervise section heads of operation (Internal Production Schedule, Production, Quality and Safety, Maintenance, and Personnel).

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronic)
10-15 Years of relevant experience, At least 4 years as an operation / background production manager in textile.
Operation / Production Management Certificate.
Lean Manufacturing Certificate including 5S, TPM.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Six Sigma is a plus.
