Job Description
- Responsible for processing customer payments via various methods
- Assists customers with account reconciliation and resolves any discrepancies
- Prepares various cash application spreadsheets, reports and statistics
- Keep financial records organized
- Interact with customers, finance, billing and collections
- Perform cash processing tasks.
Working hours US TZ from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a MUST
- 1 years' experience in cash applications
- Proficiency in Excel is a MUST
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
