Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day supervising of Hi-pack export department as well as managing
- relationships with customers.
- Monitor shipping functions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description:
- Supervision of Subordinates
- Organise and supervise the activities and work to ensure that all work within a specific area of the business export section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
Budgets and Plans
- Contribute to the preparation of the business export section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of business export activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost- effective service
Day- to-day operations
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of business export to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures

- Analyse and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan) to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the export.
- Develop and drive export sales activity by considering andevaluating potential in International markets.
- Develop strong relationships and follow up with Existing Customer, distributor base and possible commercial sales relationships.
- Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
- Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets
- Effectively manage for sales and marketing to develop new sales opportunities for the export
- Prepare the exhibitions list for the year
- Receive all the customers’ inquiries
- Prepare budget for export activities.
- Prepare all the quotations, Pro-Forma invoices for the customers
- Prepare all the customers samples in coordination with CS dep.
- Follow up and analysis with all the customers claims and follow-up till closed
Standards & Regulations
- Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
Continuous Improvement
- Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems , processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Reporting
- Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports of business export section to meet SIG and department requirements, policies and standards
Health, Safety, & Environment
- Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commercial with preferably an business administration
- Any other certificates required
Experience:
- 6-8 years relevant experience in export including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
